My journey truly began in 2022 when I gave my life to Jesus Christ. Since then, my walk with God has been a journey of growth filled with both highs and lows, but through every trial and storm, God has faithfully carried me and strengthened my faith. Around that same time, after recently giving birth and experiencing many changes in my body, I noticed my hair began to struggle and slowly thin. I was determined to find a solution, so I started researching and experimenting with different natural herbs and oils. Through patience and personal testing, I discovered ingredients that helped transform my hair, which eventually led to the creation of the products behind Radiant Roots.

What began as a personal journey of faith and healing soon grew into a greater purpose—to create products that encourage others to care for themselves while staying rooted in their faith. As a mother, I also understand the reality of postpartum hair shedding and the process of rediscovering your beauty within motherhood. My daughter especially motivated me when I noticed her hair was not growing as expected. That pushed me to continue experimenting with different herbs and oils so that both of our hair could grow healthy and strong. It was something I had been experimenting with for years, but I never truly took it seriously until now.

There were moments of doubt and times when I wanted to quit, but I believe this vision is a seed that God planted in my heart, and I trust His timing. I also felt led to start my faith-based apparel brand because without God, I know I can do nothing. I have always been a shy person and still am when it comes to speaking, and in many ways I relate to Moses when he told God he did not have the words to speak. Instead of speaking, I decided to place powerful words of faith onto apparel so others can carry and share the love of God everywhere they go.

What started as a personal journey of faith, healing, and perseverance has grown into a purpose—to create products that encourage people to care for themselves while staying rooted in their faith. This is where both Radiant Roots and Rooted in His Words were born. Rooted in His Words was created to remind people to carry God’s Word with them daily, while Radiant Roots reflects the belief that when we nurture our roots, we can grow and shine the way God intended.
